Founder's Story
After spending over a year navigating the job market, I became all too familiar with the frustration of never hearing back, regardless of how strong a fit I was. I would build rapport with recruiters, brainstorm strategies, and then suddenly… radio silence. Determined to understand why, I started speaking directly with those on the other side of the desk.
What I learned was eye-opening: each role attracted hundreds of applicants, and even with AI-powered resume scans, recruiters still faced mountains of potential candidates. They were trapped in back-to-back 15-minute phone screens, often lacking the technical depth to separate genuine expertise from buzzwords. As a result, promising candidates slipped through the cracks, and weaker matches made it to hiring managers—reflecting poorly on everyone involved. That’s when I knew there had to be a better way to ensure every candidate is accurately and efficiently evaluated.
